Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations SALES EXECUTIVE Duties \& Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities for white\- collar and technical staffing services. * Approach potential clients and promote HR complete solutions such as recruitment, outsourcing, and payroll. * Build and maintain strong and long\-term relationships with corporate clients **Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations with potential clients.** * Understand client requirements and fulfil ensuring complete service satisfaction. **Prepare proposals, pricing and service agreements.** * Liaise with recruitment teams to facilitate the timely provision of qualified candidates and ensure efficient and smooth mobilization. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target and contribute to revenue growth. **Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.** Requirements * Minimum 10 years of working experience. * Proven experience working in HR Solutions or recruitment industry. * Knowledge in Human Resource Services is desirable. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to build and maintain client relationships Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
