**Key Responsibilities** To assist the Dermatologist in a smooth execution of all dermatology services. ● Interact with patients with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. ● Provide ongoing support to providers performing a variety of medical and cosmetic treatments. ● Accurately prep trays for procedures and ensure the procedure room is appropriately stocked. ● Ensure all required medications are obtained prior to treatment and accurately fill medication syringes as required. ● Address all patient inquiries and/or concerns prior to the procedure and ensure patients are comfortable at all times. ● Obtain all required documents and/or consent forms prior to treatment and accurately record and file within patient charts. ● Actively assist providers during treatments and serve as a support system for patients as required. ● Ensure all patients leave with appropriate aftercare instructions and follow\-up appointments as required. ● Sanitize treatment rooms after procedures and ensure tools and instruments are sterilized per safety guidelines and regulations. ● Accurately document patient notes and discharge information with patient charts. ● Communicate with pharmacy staff to coordinate the disbursement of take\-home medication. ● Perform other duties as required. **Qualities:** ● Collaborative work ethic ● Caring and compassionate bedside manner ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Robust active listening and verbal communication skills **Experience:** ● Minimum of two (2\) years of relevant nursing experience ● With QCHP License ● With NOC ● Non\-holder of DHP License can apply as long as all requirements needed for obtaining the license are available ● Family\-sponsored applicants are welcome to apply ● Passed the Qatar Prometric and Dataflow ● A visa will be arranged for staff from the Philippines **Key Skills:** ● Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects ● Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail ● Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month
