




**Job Summary:** We are looking for a friendly, well\-groomed, and highly organized **Customer Service cum Receptionist** to manage our front desk and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome guests and clients professionally and warmly * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner * Handle all customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person * Maintain a clean and organized reception area * Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings * Maintain records of incoming/outgoing correspondence and calls * Coordinate with internal departments for administrative and support needs * Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation * Ensure visitor logbooks and ID verification procedures are properly followed * Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner **Requirements:** * Female candidate aged between 25–32 years * Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in Business Administration is a plus * Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Representative * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Professional appearance and attitude * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Ability to work independently and under pressure * Fluent in \[insert required languages, e.g., English, Arabic, etc.] **Preferred Attributes:** * Previous experience in front desk, hospitality, or corporate setting * Friendly, approachable, and courteous demeanor * Problem\-solving skills and a customer\-focused mindset Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,000\.00 per month
