Offer various services to guests (water, fruit juice, heated neck pillow, etc.). Respond to general questions about the hotel and available services. Escort guests to treatment rooms. Check computer schedules multiple times per day for updates and changes. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, spa/beauty salon changing rooms, and relaxation areas. Dispose of waste and remove soiled linens. Inspect supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Organize towels, linens, and supplies in changing rooms, relaxation areas, and reception zones. Report accidents, injuries, and any unsafe working conditions to supervisors; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Follow and apply all company policies and procedures; ensure clean and complete work uniforms are worn; maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times in the workplace; protect all company assets. Anticipate and respond to guest needs; warmly thank guests. Use clear and courteous language in all communications. Develop positive and constructive professional relationships with colleagues. Comply with quality requirements and standards. Be able to perform stretching movements, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; move, lift, and carry weights up to 5 kilograms; be accustomed to standing, sitting, and remaining active for extended periods. Perform all other tasks assigned by supervisors that are consistent with the position. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent secondary education.
