The role involves managing customer inquiries through calls and social media, assisting both the rental and service departments, and ensuring customer issues are addressed efficiently and professionally. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle **incoming and outgoing calls** for the **Rental** and **Service** departments. * Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through **phone, email, and social media** (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google). * Monitor and manage social media interactions and messages. * Ensure **timely issue resolution** and escalate cases when required. * Follow up with clients to ensure complaints are resolved and service expectations are met. * Send **customer surveys**, collect feedback, and prepare simple reports. * Support the CRM and operations teams with day\-to\-day communication and coordination. **Requirements** * **Arabic and English fluency is mandatory.** * Suitable for **beginners or intermediate\-level candidates** with customer service interest or experience. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry). * Experience in customer service, call center, or rental industry is an advantage. * Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred.
