We provide mobility solutions for individuals and corporate clients, ensuring quality, reliability, and customer care at every stage. **Job Summary** We are seeking a motivated **CRM Agent** to join our customer service team. The role involves managing customer inquiries through calls and social media, assisting both the rental and service departments, and ensuring customer issues are addressed efficiently and professionally. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle **incoming and outgoing calls** for the **Rental** and **Service** departments. * Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through **phone, email, and social media** (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google). * Monitor and manage social media interactions and messages. * Ensure **timely issue resolution** and escalate cases when required. * Follow up with clients to ensure complaints are resolved and service expectations are met. * Send **customer surveys**, collect feedback, and prepare simple reports. * Support the CRM and operations teams with day\-to\-day communication and coordination. **Requirements** * **Arabic and English fluency is mandatory.** * Suitable for **beginners or intermediate\-level candidates** with customer service interest or experience. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry). * Experience in customer service, call center, or rental industry is an advantage. * Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred.
