This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in process optimization, performance management, and operational strategy. The Operations Excellence Manager will work closely with leadership and operational teams to improve workflows, strengthen productivity, and support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and improvement programs. * Analyze workflows, operational data, and performance metrics. * Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments. * Collaborate with teams to standardize processes and improve productivity. * Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports. * Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives. * Train teams on operational best practices and process improvement methodologies. * Drive a culture of efficiency, accountability, and innovation. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. * Proven experience in operations management or process improvement roles. * Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence frameworks is an advantage.
