




Summary: This role involves coordinating training and vocational student assessments, managing training programs, ensuring compliance, and serving as the primary student contact. Highlights: 1. Coordinate training and vocational student assessments 2. Manage vocational training programs 3. Ensure compliance with regulations and H&S standards The role holder is responsible for training coordination, coordinating the assessment and management of training for potential partners as well as the assessment, treating and management of the vocation training students. The role holder also clarifies the overall demand of training in and ensures compliance with established regulations. Furthermore, the role holder will be the contact for the student during the vocational training. **Core Responsibilities:** Coordinating the assessment of potential training candidates Coordinating the managing of the vocational training Alignment with internal and external partners Communication and clarification of needs with business department. Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification. Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are in\-line with health and safety regulations. **Candidate should be holder of:** HR or Business Administration certificate Learning \& Development Specialisation Marketing Certification (optional) The candidate shoudl be a bilangual speaker \& writer 3 years of experience in Learning and Development Work Location: In person
