We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English \& Arabic) **Sales \& Marketing Specialist** to join our Facilities Management division. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated **female professional** with a strong background in sales and marketing within the **property management, recreation centers, or facilities management** sector. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands\-on execution to drive business growth and brand visibility. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote facilities management services. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property management and recreational facilities. * Manage client relationships, conduct site visits, and deliver tailored service proposals. * Collaborate with operations and technical teams to align service offerings with client requirements. * Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to increase market reach. * Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. * Maintain an updated client database and ensure consistent follow\-up and client satisfaction. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum **3\-5 years of experience** in sales or marketing, preferably in **facilities management, real estate, or recreational centers**. * **Fluent in English and Arabic** (both spoken and written). * Proven experience in client acquisition and B2B relationship management. * Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. * Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a cross\-functional team. * Valid Qatar Driving License.
