Job Title: Co\-Founder \& Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Job Description: We are seeking an ambitious Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join us as a Founding Partner (Co\-Founder) in an early\-stage tech and services startup. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy, building the brand from scratch, and driving customer acquisition and growth. Note: This is not a salaried role at the current stage. It is a founding partnership opportunity. Once the project is launched and achieves commercial traction, a competitive salary and financial rewards will be agreed upon. Key Responsibilities: * Define and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy. * Manage digital and performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). * Develop brand identity and establish strong market presence. * Lead social media management and content marketing initiatives. * Build marketing partnerships with key industry players. * Analyze customer and market data to optimize targeting and growth. * Actively participate in strategic decision\-making as a Co\-Founder. Qualifications: * Minimum 7 years of proven experience in digital marketing or brand management. * Hands\-on experience in managing multi\-channel ad campaigns. * Strong knowledge of modern digital marketing techniques (Growth Hacking, Performance Marketing). * Proven experience in building and executing Go\-To\-Market (GTM) strategies. * Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a strong plus. * Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership skills.
