




**Job Objective:** We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven professional with a proven track record in the Qatari market in **sales and business development**, specifically within the **facilities management** or **real estate services** sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for **acquiring new contracts**, building strategic client relationships, and overseeing contract implementation to ensure service quality and client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Acquire new contracts for Facilities Management Services (maintenance, cleaning, security, technical support). * Prepare technical and financial proposals and lead negotiations with clients. * Monitor contract execution to ensure quality and compliance with contractual terms. * Represent the company at industry events and professional exhibitions. **Required Qualifications:** * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Qatar in a similar role. * University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering. * Fluency in both Arabic and English. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office programs. * Valid Qatari driving license. **Required Skills:** * Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills. * Commercial mindset and target\-driven attitude. * Excellent organizational and communication abilities. * Solid understanding of quality standards and KPIs in the Facilities Management sector.
