We are seeking a detail\-oriented and design\-savvy Web \& App Coordinator to oversee the daily management of our website and mobile application. **Role Overview:** The Web \& App Coordinator will act as the bridge between design and development teams, ensuring smooth daily operations of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is not a developer but has strong technical awareness, an eye for design, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers, designers, and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee daily updates and maintenance of the website and mobile application * Review and test platform features to ensure smooth functionality and user experience * Communicate effectively with developers to prioritize and resolve technical issues * Work closely with the design team to implement Figma files and ensure brand consistency * Coordinate content uploads, banners, and UI/UX adjustments * Monitor performance, gather feedback, and suggest improvements * Ensure deadlines are met for new releases, fixes, and updates **Qualifications:** * 2\+ years of experience managing websites, apps, or digital platforms * Familiarity with Figma and ability to understand design handoffs * Strong understanding of web and mobile platforms (without being a developer) * Excellent communication and project coordination skills * Detail\-oriented with a strong sense of design and usability * Ability to work cross\-functionally with designers, developers, and stakeholders **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in digital media, hospitality, or corporate environments * Knowledge of CMS systems or basic web management tools * Interest in design, technology, and digital trends **What We Offer:** * Professional and collaborative work environment * Opportunity to contribute to innovative digital projects * Career growth within a forward\-looking media company Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR5,000\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Social Media Specialist : 3 years (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred)
