This role goes beyond model building — it involves **integrating AI with multiple software systems**, optimizing user experiences, automating operations, and supporting business growth through smart decision\-making tools. The ideal candidate understands **AI as a business enabler**, not just a technical feature. **Key ResponsibilitiesAI \& Machine Learning Development** * Design, develop, and deploy **AI/ML models** to enhance Lumi’s core features (recommendations, pricing logic, demand prediction, fraud detection, personalization). * Implement **AI\-driven automation** for customer support, operations, and analytics. * Continuously improve AI models using real\-world data and performance feedback. * Work with LLMs and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, custom models). Software \& System Integrations * Integrate AI solutions with **multiple software platforms** such as: * Mobile \& web applications * CRM, ERP (e.g., Odoo) * Payment gateways * Customer support systems * Analytics and marketing tools * Collaborate with backend, frontend, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration. * Build and maintain **AI pipelines, APIs, and microservices**. Business Growth Enablement * Use AI to support **growth strategies**, including: * User behavior analysis * Churn prediction * Smart promotions and referral optimization * Demand \& supply balancing * Provide AI\-driven insights to management for **strategic decision\-making**. * Support expansion into new Lumi modules (Drive, Delivery, Travel, Payments, Subscriptions). Data \& Infrastructure * Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. * Ensure **data quality, security, and scalability**. * Optimize AI solutions for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability. * Collaborate with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Required Skills \& Experience * **3\+ years of experience** in AI/ML development or applied data science. * Strong programming skills in **Python** (mandatory). * Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit\-learn). * Hands\-on experience integrating AI with **real production systems**. * Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and cloud environments. * Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL). * Strong problem\-solving and analytical thinking.
