




**Position Overview** We are seeking a driven and results\-oriented **Business Development Executive** to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence in Qatar’s construction and fit\-out sector. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets. * Identify and pursue new leads, clients, and project opportunities in the construction, fit\-out, and design sectors. * Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and tender submissions. * Build and maintain strong, long\-term client relationships. * Collaborate with project, design, and technical teams to align client requirements with company capabilities. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. * Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company’s services. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. * 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in construction, fit\-out, or engineering industries. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to generate leads and close deals. * Knowledge of Qatar’s construction and contracting market is highly desirable. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus. * Valid Qatari driving license preferred.
