We are seeking a highly skilled and detail\-oriented **Senior Civil Estimation Engineer** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and providing technical and financial evaluations for civil construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works including infrastructure, buildings, and other construction projects. * Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to identify cost factors. * Evaluate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor requirements for project execution. * Review and verify BOQs, quantity take\-offs, and cost breakdowns. * Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and procurement departments to ensure accurate estimation. * Prepare and submit tender proposals, pre\-qualifications, and pricing documents. * Monitor market trends, material prices, and construction methods to ensure competitive costing. * Assess risks and provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs. * Support negotiation processes with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. * Ensure compliance with company standards, project requirements, and local regulations. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum **7 years of experience** in civil estimation within construction projects in Qatar. * Strong knowledge of **Qatar construction standards, regulations, and market conditions**. * Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., CCS Candy, Cost X, MS Excel, AutoCAD). * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tenders/projects under tight deadlines. * UPDA/MMUP certification is an advantage.
