The role requires active coordination with project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth execution of construction activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 3 **years of site\-based experience** in building construction in GCC countries but preferably in Qatar. * Solid understanding of **structural and civil execution**. * Ability to **read and interpret technical drawings**, BOQs, and method statements. * Experience in supervising **day\-to\-day site activities**, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress. * Skilled in coordinating with **foremen, surveyors, subcontractors**, and **consultants**. * Good communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Must be able to speak and write in Arabic. * Must have UPDA certificate. * Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to use the software AutoCAD.
