**Fire Protection Estimation Engineer** **Location:** Qatar **Industry:** Fire Protection / MEP **Job Description \& Requirements:** * Minimum **7 years of proven experience** as an Estimation Engineer * **Qatar experience is mandatory** (minimum 7 years) * **MMUP / UPDA Certified Engineer** (Grade A, B, or C) * Strong knowledge of **NFPA** and **QCD regulations and standards** * Proven experience in **cost analysis, tender documentation, and technical compliance reviews** * Strong technical knowledge of **Fire Alarm** and **Fire Fighting systems** * Ability to interpret **tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications** * Proficiency in preparing **detailed BOQs, cost breakdowns, and value engineering proposals** * Experience in coordinating with **suppliers and subcontractors** for pricing and technical compliance * Familiarity with **Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)** and local authority requirements * Skilled in using **estimation software and Excel\-based costing tools** * Ability to prepare and submit **technical and commercial proposals** within tight deadlines * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in reviewing project scope and identifying risks Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
