




We’re seeking a driven and results\-oriented **Telesales Executive** with a background in both telesales and field sales. This role involves connecting with prospective customers, promoting telecom products and services, and achieving sales targets through phone calls and occasional in\-person meetings. **Key Duties:** * Make outbound calls to promote telecom solutions. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. * Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of prospects. * Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. * Record all sales interactions accurately in the CRM system. * Deliver excellent customer support before and after sales. * Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitor activity. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 1 year of telesales experience; outdoor sales experience is a plus. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self\-motivated with excellent time management. * Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. * Must have a valid QID and legal work authorization in Qatar.
