We are seeking polished and guest\-oriented **Host/Hostess** to join a renowned luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in five\-star hospitality, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver highly personalized services with discretion and professionalism. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the main point of contact for villa guests, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences throughout their stay. * Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, handle in\-villa check\-in/check\-out, and provide personalized orientation of villa facilities. * Anticipate guest needs and assist with dining, spa, transportation, excursions, and other tailored requests. * Coordinate with housekeeping, F\&B, and other departments to ensure villa readiness and flawless service delivery. * Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide recommendations for on\-site and local experiences. * Maintain the villa’s cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance in line with luxury standards. * Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and the highest service standards at all times. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred). * 2–4 years of proven experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or private residences. * Strong communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are highly valued. * Well\-groomed, professional appearance, and refined etiquette suitable for luxury hospitality. * Strong organizational abilities with the capability to multitask and manage guest requests efficiently. * Familiarity with VIP guest handling, fine dining service, and luxury hospitality practices is an advantage. * Arabic speaking candidates preferred * Candidates currently based in Qatar will be prioritized * Overseas candidates are welcome's to apply **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Company\-provided accommodation, meals, and transportation * Ongoing training opportunities and clear career progression within a world\-class luxury hotel group Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: From QAR2,475\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer\-provided relocation package (Preferred) Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Host /Hostess: 2 years (Required) Language: * English / Arabic / Russian (Required) Location: * Doha (Preferred)
