Produce detailed layouts, 2D drawings, 3D visuals, and renderings using industry\-standard software. Prepare design proposals, material palettes, finishes, and furniture selections. Space Planning \& Technical Design: Conduct site visits for measurement, assessment, and understanding client needs. Create accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings for execution. Ensure designs meet safety, functional, ergonomic, and aesthetic standards. Material \& Finishes Selection: Source and specify appropriate materials, fabrics, lighting, furniture, and décor items. Develop sample boards for client approval. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely availability. Project Coordination \& Execution: Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers during implementation. Review shop drawings, approve samples, and ensure design compliance during site execution. Monitor progress and conduct site inspections to ensure design accuracy and quality finish. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand project vision, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints. Present design concepts and revisions professionally. Maintain strong communication and customer satisfaction until project completion. Documentation \& Reporting: Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates.
