Collaborate with project teams to manage various processes **Job description** We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented Fit\-Out / Construction Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in project planning, scheduling, and control, ensuring the successful delivery of our fit\-out \& Construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera (P6\), ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones. * Establish and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for projects. * Perform cost estimation and resource planning for fit\-out projects. * Collaborate with project teams to manage procurement, engineering, and construction processes. * Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies. * Prepare and manage time extension claims and related documentation. * Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with client requirements, company standards, and project specifications. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum of 8\-10 years of experience in project planning, preferably in fit\-out projects. * Expertise in Primavera (P6\) software and project scheduling. * Strong knowledge of WBS structures, cost estimation, and project control. * Familiarity with procurement, engineering, and construction processes. * Experience in preparing Time Extension claims and managing project risks. * Previous experience in the Middle East is highly preferred. * Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
