Our diverse business lines include **EPC project delivery, engineering, automation, commissioning, maintenance, training, fire and gas analysis, technical assistance, safety, and cybersecurity.** We proudly serve leading operators in Oil \& Gas, Transmission Systems, Electrical Infrastructure, and Renewable Energy—driving innovation and excellence in every project. **Responsibilities** * Ensure all mobilization and demobilization processes for MP service personnel are completed on time and in compliance with Company rules and policies. * Maintain and update the service orders database and MP FOPS contracts register at all times. * Coordinate logistics arrangements for offshore rotations, site visits, mission orders, and business visitors. * Prepare, maintain, and update the Major Projects Services Ramp‑Up Chart. * Ensure timely preparation of service descriptions and coordinate with Project/Team Managers for personnel requirements. * Liaise with General Services and IT to arrange mobilization, demobilization, and onboarding requirements. * Manage the services personnel administration database and provide regular reports on mobilizations, demobilizations, and relocations. * Coordinate with Project/Team Managers to identify requirements for third‑party services (inspection, marine warranty, etc.). * Submit proposals to Team/Package Managers and arrange interviews with service providers. * Ensure service providers meet all contractual obligations and manage timely renewals or amendments of FOPS contracts. * Assist in reviewing and controlling invoices issued by service providers. * Ensure timely close‑out of contracts upon service completion. * Support MP Secretary in arranging logistics for offshore rotations, site visits, and mission orders * Provide manpower and logistics inputs to MP Cost Engineer for budgeting and cost accruals. **Profile** * Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree * Minimum 6 Years of Experience in manpower coordination and service contracts management, * Minimum 6 Years of Experience in O\&G industry preferred * Competence in use of MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and Power Point, * Good Communication skills and fluency in English. **Why join us ?** **Our DNA**: Trust, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Solidarity, Autonomy, Responsibility Joining us means becoming part of a large group while enjoying the agility and warmth of a human\-sized company!
