* BSc in Quantity Surveying/Engineering, MMUP Grade A. * 15\+ years in contract preparation \& dispute resolution. * Proficient in cost estimation software. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings. * Monitor progress performance of running contracts and inform in case of delays. * Study, verify, and recommend claims for variation orders. * Ensure contracts are executed within the approved budget and timeframe. * Develop cost plans, cost strategies, value engineering, life\-cycle costing, and sustainability costing. * Assist other disciplines of consultants and staff in preparing cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). * Prepare and review cost/budget estimations using respective software.
