




**Job Title:** Real Estate Sales Consultant **Location:** Qatar, Doha **Reports To:** Sales Manager / Team Leader **Department:** Sales **Job Summary:** We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our real estate sales team. No prior real estate experience is required, candidates with any sales background (retail, customer service, automotive, hospitality, etc.) are welcome. **Key Responsibilities:** * Actively prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms. * Conduct property viewings and present available real estate listings to potential buyers and tenants. * Understand client needs and preferences and match them with suitable properties. * Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring a high level of service and professionalism. * Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and client communications via the CRM system. * Keep updated with property market trends, new listings, and competitive landscape. * Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly to ensure a continuous sales pipeline. * Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process. * Collaborate with team members and participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions. **Requirements:** * **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent (required) * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales\-related field (retail, hospitality, automotive, etc.) * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Passion for sales and a target\-driven mindset * Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms * Professional appearance and attitude * Valid Qatari driving license is a plus * Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus) Job Type: Full\-time
