**Job Summary:** Click Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results\-driven **Sales Team Leader** to manage and guide a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, and fostering a high\-performance sales culture in line with Click Solutions values and objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth. * Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to ensure individual and team targets are met. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. * Motivate, mentor, and support team members to enhance productivity and engagement. * Onboard new team members and ensure effective integration into the team. * Ensure a customer\-first approach across all sales activities. * Manage and resolve customer escalations in a timely and professional manner. * Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and insights to management. * Promote ethical sales practices and integrity within the team. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role. * Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. * Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred. * Must possess a valid Qatar driver’s license and a car. * Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar.
