We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Senior Loss \& Prevention Officer** to join a prestigious luxury hotel in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of guests, employees, and property by leading loss \& prevention efforts, enforcing security standards, and minimizing risk within a high\-end hospitality environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor all areas of the property through surveillance and regular patrols to detect and prevent security breaches. * Lead and supervise a team of loss prevention officers, ensuring effective execution of duties and adherence to policies. * Investigate incidents of theft, misconduct, or safety violations, and prepare accurate, detailed reports. * Enforce security protocols while maintaining high standards of guest privacy and service. * Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to protect assets and ensure guest and employee safety. * Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure consistent compliance with safety and security procedures. * Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies or suspicious activities. * Maintain strong working relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. **Qualifications, Experience \& Skills:** * **Diploma or Bachelor's degree in security management or a related field (preferred).** * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in loss \& prevention or security operations. * **Previous experience in luxury hotel or hospitality environments is a strong asset.** * Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, access control, emergency response, and safety procedures. * Proven leadership skills with experience in managing or supervising a team. * Excellent observation, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts. * Relevant certifications in loss \& prevention or security are an advantage. * Arabic speaking candidates preferred * Candidates currently based in Qatar will be prioritized * Overseas candidates are welcome's to apply **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Food, Accommodation and transportation will be provided by the employer Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR2,366\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer\-provided relocation package (Preferred) Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Senior Loss \& Prevention Officer: 1 year (Required) Language: * Arabic / Russian (Required) Location: * Doha (Preferred)
