* We are seeking an energetic, creative, and strategic Lead Content Creator to be the public face of our brand across all social media channels. This role is a full\-cycle position, responsible for leading content ideation, on\-camera production (video/live streams), and meticulous execution to drive brand awareness and engagement." \- Key Responsibilities * **Strategy \& Ideation:** * Lead the development of a cohesive, channel\-specific social media content strategy (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). * Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to identify trending topics and content opportunities. * Establish content calendars, ensuring a consistent and diverse stream of engaging content. * **Production \& Execution:** * Serve as the primary on\-camera talent/host for all digital content, representing the company's voice, values, and products. * Manage and execute the full content production workflow: concepting, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing. * Monitor, manage, and respond to comments/messages to foster community engagement and gather content ideas. * **Analysis \& Reporting:** * Track and analyze key social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and provide regular performance reports. * Use data insights to refine the content strategy and production process continuously. \- Essential Qualifications * **Experience \& Portfolio:** * experience in content creation * **A strong portfolio is required** showing demonstrable success in creating engaging, *short\-form video content* (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). * Proven ability to research, script, and edit high\-quality video content independently. * **Skills \& Personality:** * Exceptional on\-camera presence, confidence, and natural charisma. * Deep understanding of current social media trends, platforms, algorithms, and best practices. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for brand voice and tone. * Proficiency with professional video editing software * Self\-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
