The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems to ensure a comfortable environment for guests and staff. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems (split units, package units, FCU, AHU) * Diagnose and repair air conditioning faults and breakdowns * Monitor system performance and ensure energy efficiency * Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance * Respond promptly to guest and management maintenance requests * Maintain proper records of work performed * Ensure compliance with safety and hotel standards **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting * Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting * Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams * Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations * Good communication and teamwork skills * Relevant technical certification is an advantage **Working Conditions:** * Full\-time position * Shift duty may be required * On\-call availability for emergency maintenance Job Type: Permanent Work Location: In person
