Identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and report abnormalities **Position**: BMS Operator **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced **BMS operator** to join our team in Qatar. The candidate must have strong knowledge of **Building Management Systems** and experience operating and monitoring **Honeywell** HVAC, electrical, and building services. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor the **Building Management System (BMS)** on a daily basis. * Monitor HVAC systems, alarms, and building equipment through BMS. * Identify faults, troubleshoot basic issues, and report abnormalities to the maintenance team. * Record and maintain logs for alarms, breakdowns, and system performance. * Coordinate with MEP technicians and supervisors for corrective actions. * Ensure smooth operation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and ventilation systems via BMS. * Follow safety procedures and site requirements. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2–4 years** experience as BMS Operator. * Good knowledge of HVAC and building services. * Experience in facilities management/high\-rise buildings/commercial projects preferred. * Basic troubleshooting knowledge and reporting skills. * Valid QID. * Immediate joining is preferred. **Contact:** qalikhan1009@gmail.com Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 36 months
