Ensure safety standards and compliance **FACILITY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR WANTED** We are looking for a skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and ensure the efficient functioning of all facilities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works) * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out effectively * Monitor and manage maintenance staff and contractors * Maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies * Prepare maintenance schedules and reports * Handle troubleshooting and emergency repairs **Requirements:** * Proven experience in facility maintenance or similar role * Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP) * Good leadership and team management skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure * Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field preferred Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
