Summary: Seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Supervisor (MEP) with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to manage maintenance operations and guide the FM team. Highlights: 1. Ensure smooth operation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. **Position:** Facility Supervisor (MEP) **Location:** Qatar **Joining:** Immediate We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Facility Supervisor (MEP)** to join our Facilities Management team in **Qatar**. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance operations and guide the FM team for smooth day\-to\-day functioning. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and lead the MEP maintenance team * Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Ensure smooth operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP systems * Attend breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of technical issues * Monitor performance, allocate tasks, and ensure safety compliance * Coordinate with clients and management to maintain service standards * Prepare reports and maintain maintenance records **Requirements:** * Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering * Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Facility Management industry in Qatar * Strong knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices * Good leadership, communication, and team management skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure * Locally available candidates preferred * Immediate joiners will be given preference * Sponsorship transfer is mandatory **How to Apply:** Interested candidates who meet the above criteria may send their CV to **hr@ibnajayan.com** with the subject line *“\_***Facility Supervisor (MEP) Application”**\_**.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,500\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month
