Focus on safety and performance reporting **Maintenance Supervisor** **Role Overview:** We’re looking for a hands\-on Maintenance Supervisor to keep our facilities and equipment running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be organizing day\-to\-day maintenance work, supporting technicians, and making sure everything gets done safely and on time. Since you’ll be working closely with management, strong communication and clear reporting are a key part of the job. **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Plan and coordinate daily maintenance work, including both routine checks and urgent repairs * Assign tasks to technicians and follow up to ensure everything is completed properly and on schedule * Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management on maintenance status, issues, and priorities * Act as the main point of communication between the maintenance team and management * Maintain clear and accurate records of maintenance jobs, equipment history, and reports * Create and manage work orders using the maintenance system (CMMS) * Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when specialized support is needed * Ensure spare parts, tools, and materials are available when required * Support the planning of preventive maintenance to reduce downtime * Respond quickly and effectively to emergency maintenance situations * Make sure all work is carried out safely and in line with company policies * Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and costs **What We’re Looking For:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field * 2–5 years of experience in maintenance or a similar supervisory/coordinator role * Good working knowledge of CMMS or maintenance systems * Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * **Excellent communication skills — able to report clearly, confidently, and professionally to management** * Ability to coordinate effectively with teams, vendors, and stakeholders * Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Work Location: In person
