We are seeking a competent and experienced **MEP Engineer** to manage, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for construction projects in Qatar. The role ensures that all MEP installations are executed in compliance with **Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)**, approved drawings, and local authority regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all **MEP works** (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV) on site * Ensure compliance with **QCS**, approved drawings, and project specifications * Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to avoid clashes * Review and approve **shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements** * Liaise with local authorities including **Kahramaa**, **Qatar Civil Defense (QCDD)**, and consultants * Monitor installation quality and ensure adherence to safety standards * Conduct inspections and testing \& commissioning activities * Track progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion of MEP works * Assist in cost control, procurement, and material planning * Resolve technical issues and provide site\-based engineering support * Attend coordination meetings with consultants and clients **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong coordination and site supervision skills * Excellent understanding of MEP systems and standards * Problem\-solving and analytical skills * Effective communication and reporting abilities * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Team\-oriented with leadership capability **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical or Electrical Engineering** * Minimum **2 years** of MEP experience in **Qatar or GCC countries** * Strong knowledge of **Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)** * Experience dealing with **Kahramaa** and **Qatar Civil Defense** approvals * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, MS Office, and MEP coordination tools * Knowledge of HVAC systems, power distribution, plumbing, and firefighting systems * Valid **QID** * Qatar Driving License (optional) **Work Environment** * Site\-based with frequent coordination with head office and consultants * Working hours as per Qatar Labor Law and project requirements * Exposure to active construction sites and outdoor conditions **Kindly send your CV and other documents: secretary@aljaziraco.com (with a SUBJECT: MEP ENGINEER Applicant)** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month
