Supportive and dynamic work environment Project Manager – Infrastructure \| Qatar **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced **Project Manager – Infrastructure** to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large\-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, utility networks, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, and electrical/telecom utilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage infrastructure projects from planning through completion. * Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. * Coordinate site activities with engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. * Manage project risks and resolve technical and operational issues. * Coordinate approvals and inspections with relevant authorities. * Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and clients. * Ensure projects are completed within contractual obligations and client expectations. RequirementsEducation * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * UPDA/MMUP Certification (Preferred). * PMP Certification (Preferred). Experience * Minimum **10–15 years** of experience in infrastructure construction projects. * Proven experience as a Project Manager in Qatar or GCC. * Strong experience in: * Roads and Highways * Utility Networks * Drainage \& Sewerage * Stormwater Networks * Potable Water Networks * Electrical \& Telecom Duct Banks * Utility Corridors * Deep Utility Works * Utility Diversions * Road Reinstatement * Traffic Management * Authority Coordination Preferred Experience Experience working with projects involving: * Ashghal (Public Works Authority) * Lusail City * Kahramaa * Qatar Development (QD) projects Skills * Project Planning \& Scheduling * Leadership \& Team Management * Contract Administration * Budget \& Cost Control * Risk Management * Client \& Stakeholder Management * Excellent Communication \& Coordination Skills * Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is an advantage.
