Primary Purpose of the Job: To supervise, monitor and control Building \& Civil Maintenance within the Directorate’s demarcation within all areas of Dukhan Concession Area. To prepare tender documents for maintenance contract and service orders, remedial and minor modification works. To maintain and update records and history data sheets for Building \& Civil Maintenance Works together with information on implementation of repairing, codes, procedures and specification for routine and non\-routine maintenance. To analyse and control inspection findings and to assist preparation of budgetary estimate. Required Experience and Skills: * 12 years’ experience in Roads, Buildings and Civil Construction. * Proven knowledge of contractor supervision and contract administration. * High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications and its updates. * Demonstrate a working knowledge of International civil engineering and safety standards. * Demonstrate a working knowledge of Quality Management principles and practices. * Good knowledge in planning and maintenance activities. * Good knowledge of written and oral English language. * Computer literate in mainstream office products and have exposure to online management, document and maintenance systems including SAP. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
