This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap and strategy. * Oversee software development, IT infrastructure, and systems integration projects. * Lead innovation initiatives in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. * Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive growth and competitive advantage. * Ensure compliance with Qatari technology regulations and international standards. * Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for technology projects. * Mentor and develop engineering and IT teams to achieve operational excellence. * Identify opportunities for new products, services, and market expansion. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 10\+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role. * Proven track record of leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives. * Strong knowledge of Qatari technology regulations and international best practices. * Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and systems integration. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment.
