**Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems. * Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance issues and ensure assets are in good working condition. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. * Supervise and coordinate work of technicians, contractors, and service providers. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, local authority regulations, and company policies. * Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and records of work performed. * Monitor spare parts, tools, and consumables; recommend procurement when required. * Support fit\-out, renovation, and refurbishment works as needed. * Liaise with tenants, property management, and vendors regarding maintenance issues. * Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Engineering (or related field). * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in maintenance engineering within real estate, property management, or facilities management. * Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services. * Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards. * Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Computer literacy.
