**A Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor** with **5 to 10 years of experience** in mechanical maintenance is required. The candidate should hold a **Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification**, along with strong technical experience. The role involves leading a team of fitters, welders, and helpers to ensure that all mechanical work inside an **oil refinery or chemical plant** is carried out safely and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the daily work of fitters, welders, and helpers * Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance * Maintain and repair all types of pumps (centrifugal, vacuum, gear, booster, etc.), motors, boilers, compressors, chillers, gearboxes, blowers, valves, and other plant equipment * Manage spare parts inventory and request reorders when needed * Ensure all tools, lifting equipment, and forklifts are in good working condition * Maintain daily maintenance logbooks and prepare monthly reports * Follow all safety procedures and the work permit system * Support plant shutdowns, small project works, and team training initiatives **Skills Required:** * Strong mechanical knowledge and hands\-on experience * Good leadership and team management abilities * Basic computer skills (email, Excel, report preparation, etc.) * SAP knowledge is an added advantage * Good communication and problem\-solving skills Job Type: Full\-time
