Coordinate with engineers and provide technical input We are looking for a skilled **\#MEPDraftsman** to join our team, with strong experience in handling municipality submissions, addressing comments, and preparing professional technical responses. **Experience Required:** Minimum 3 years in a consultancy environment dealing directly with municipality projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare MEP services designs including Electrical layouts, Drainage layouts, Water layouts, and Ooredoo layouts for residential villas, industrial factories, and commercial buildings. * Prepare drawings in compliance with municipal regulations and for obtaining NOCs. * Handle all drawing printouts required for submission purposes. * Maintain and archive all CAD data and project files. * Update drawings based on latest design information. * Support the design team whenever required. * Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with approved designs. * Review sketches, drawings, specifications, and engineering data from civil engineers to ensure design compliance. * Ensure all design works are submitted on time and as per schedule. * Revise red mark\-ups on hard copies and update CAD drawings accordingly. * Coordinate with engineers during design development and provide technical input. **Requirements:** * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and related CAD software. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Knowledge of CAD standards across disciplines and departments. * Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications. * Ability to understand comments and implement revisions accurately.
