




**Key Responsibilities** * Monitor network, servers, and systems through NOC tools to ensure smooth operations and uptime. * Respond to incidents, alarms, and service disruptions; take corrective actions or escalate as required. * Perform routine system health checks, performance tuning, and preventive maintenance. * Troubleshoot network and system issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Servers). * Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing systems according to defined SLAs. * Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly. * Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on network/system performance, incidents, and downtime. * Document technical processes, incident resolutions, and standard operating procedures. * Participate in 24/7 shift rotations (if applicable), ensuring continuous monitoring coverage. * Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and procedures. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 2\+ years of experience in NOC, network administration, or IT support roles. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously. * Good communication skills for reporting and coordination with teams.
