Bachelor's in Engineering with 10+ years in Oil and Gas project management **Primary Purpose of the Job:** Perform comprehensive Project Planning / Scheduling, Progress monitoring / reporting and Time Management functions. Prepare Cost Estimates / Budgets, Cost Forecast / Cost Reports. Report monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD), Monthly Invoice Payment / Accruals and highlight areas of concern for management consideration and action. **Required Experience and Skills:** 1\- Expert knowledge in Planning, Scheduling and Cost Engineering activities including Schedule preparation and Cost estimation at various phases of the Project. 2\- Should be a great team player. 3\- Should be proficient in spoken \& written English. 4\-Able to read / understand engineering drawings / work packs, well developed analytical skills and very good knowledge of internationally acceptable norms. 5\-Good computer skills and proficient user of PRIMAVERA (P6\) / MS PROJECT planning software, Excel, Power Point etc. **Educational Qualifications:** Bachelor Degree in an Engineering Discipline, minimum of 10 years of experience in Cost Engineering and Project Management in the Oil and Gas Industries and offshore Projects.
