Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior Data Analyst** with deep technical expertise in **SQL and NoSQL databases** to support enterprise\-level analytics and data\-driven decision\-making. The role requires hands\-on proficiency in advanced query development, data modeling, and performance optimization, along with the ability to work closely with senior business stakeholders. **Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.** Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and optimize **complex SQL queries**, including advanced joins, CTEs, window functions, and subqueries * Perform **query tuning and performance optimization** on large, high\-volume datasets * Analyze and integrate data from **relational and NoSQL databases** * Develop and maintain analytical datasets, KPIs, and business metrics * Build and support dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across data sources * Support ad\-hoc, operational, and executive\-level analytics and reporting * Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams on data requirements and solutions Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or related field * **15\+ years** of hands\-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence * **Expert\-level SQL** skills (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization) * Strong experience with **NoSQL technologies** (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, or similar) * Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes * Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills * **Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)** * Working experience in Utilities domain will be an added advantage Job Type: Full\-time
