We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Civil Engineer** to manage and supervise civil construction projects in Qatar. The role involves planning, execution, and monitoring of works in compliance with **Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)**, local authority requirements, and company standards to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and supervise civil works for buildings, infrastructure, and related construction projects in Qatar * Ensure all works comply with **QCS**, **MME**, **Ashghal**, **Kahramaa**, **Civil Defense**, and other relevant local authority regulations * Review and interpret approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams * Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance * Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for approval * Manage daily site activities and resolve technical issues efficiently * Ensure proper implementation of HSE standards as per Qatar laws * Prepare progress reports, site records, and as\-built documentation * Assist in cost control, material planning, and scheduling * Attend meetings with consultants and clients as required **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong site supervision and coordination skills * Knowledge of construction materials and methods used in Qatar * Excellent communication and reporting skills * Problem\-solving and decision\-making ability * Time management and organizational skills * Team leadership and multitasking **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum **3 years** of relevant experience in **Qatar or GCC countries** * Experience dealing with local authorities (MME, Ashghal, Kahramaa, QCDD) * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, MS Office, and project management tools * Valid **QID** with transferable sponsorship * Qatar Driving License (optional) * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines **Work Environment** * Site\-based with coordination from head office * Working hours as per Qatar Labor Law and project requirements * Exposure to hot weather and active construction sites **Kindly send your CV and other documents: secretary@aljaziraco.com** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month
