**DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT** is looking for a **Lead Civil \& Structural Engineer** in **Doha\-Qatar** **Candidates who are available in Qatar with their own visa and can join immediately can apply.** **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Perform and review civil and structural design and analysis for foundations, steel structures, concrete structures, pipe racks, equipment supports and marine structures. * Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations in compliance with international codes (AISC, API, ASCE, BS, Eurocode). * Conduct structural analysis using advanced software (STAAD.Pro, SACS, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000\). * Ensure designs meet project technical requirements, safety standards, and constructability. * Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver projects within schedule and budget. * Coordinate with other disciplines for integrated engineering solutions. * Prepare and review technical documents, design reports, material specifications, and construction deliverables. * Participate in FEED, detailed engineering, and EPC support activities. * Ensure adherence to company quality systems, project specifications, and client requirements. * Review vendor drawings, subcontractor designs, and ensure compliance with project standards. * Interface with clients for technical discussions, design approvals, and progress reviews. * Provide technical support during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. **QUALIFICATION:** * Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering * ***Infrastructure experience*** * Strong knowledge of international design codes (API, AISC, ASCE, BS, Eurocode). * Proficient in structural analysis and design software: STAAD.Pro, SACS, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000\. * Excellent knowledge of concrete and steel design, soil\-structure interaction, and foundation engineering. * Familiar with FEED and detailed design phases of oil \& gas projects. * Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
