**Job Summary:** We are seeking a qualified and experienced **QA/QC Engineer (UPDA Grade B)** to join our supervision team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards and compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations throughout all phases of construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) at the project site. * Review and approve method statements, ITPs (Inspection \& Test Plans), and quality\-related submittals. * Conduct inspections of materials, construction works, and installations to ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and specifications. * Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients on quality\-related matters. * Monitor site activities and verify that works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and codes. * Ensure proper documentation and record\-keeping of quality inspections, test results, and non\-conformance reports (NCRs). * Initiate corrective and preventive actions for quality issues and follow up until closure. * Provide technical support and guidance to supervision staff regarding quality control procedures. * Participate in site meetings and prepare quality\-related reports for management and clients. * Ensure compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. * **UPDA Grade B Certification (mandatory).** * Minimum **10 years of experience**, with proven expertise in **quality assurance, quality control, and site supervision**. * Strong knowledge of international standards, codes, and best practices (ISO, ASTM, ACI, BS, etc.). * Experience in supervision of large\-scale construction projects (buildings/infrastructure). * Excellent communication and report\-writing skills. **Note:** Only candidates **currently in Qatar** with valid QID**,\* send resume CV to** hr@gcg.com.qa\* Job Type: Full\-time
