We are seeking a **Resident Engineer – Utilities** to oversee all utility\-related works on the GEC Project . The role will ensure compliance with design, specifications, and authority standards while supervising site teams and coordinating with key stakeholders. * Supervise construction of utilities (water, sewer, stormwater, power, telecom, gas). * Review and approve utility\-related designs, method statements, and materials. * Coordinate with authorities (Ashghal, KAHRAMAA, Ooredoo, etc.) for permits and approvals. * Lead and mentor site inspectors and ensure adherence to WSP quality standards. * Provide regular progress and technical reports to the Project Manager and client. * Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). * 15\+ years’ experience, including 7\+ years in an RE role on large infrastructure/utilities projects. * Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes. * Previous GEC/Ashghal project experience is highly desirable. * MMUP Registered Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
