Summary: This role involves preparing, reviewing, and revising detailed civil/structural/MEP drawings, coordinating with project teams, and supervising junior draftsmen to ensure quality and compliance. Supervise and guide junior draftsmen Key Responsibilities * Prepare and review detailed civil/structural/MEP drawings as per project requirements and approved designs. * Coordinate with engineers, designers, and site teams to develop accurate and constructible drawings. * Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards and specifications. * Supervise and guide junior draftsmen, ensuring quality and timely delivery of drawings. * Revise drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and consultant/client comments. * Maintain proper drawing registers, document control, and version tracking. * Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and international drafting standards. * Support preparation of shop drawings, as\-built drawings, and technical submissions. * Assist engineers during design development and construction phases. Qualifications \& Experience * Diploma or technical certification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. * Minimum **–5 years** of experience as a Draftsman, with at least 2 **years** in a senior role. * Experience in infrastructure, building, or industrial projects is preferred. Skills \& Competencies * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); experience with Civil 3D is an advantage. * Strong understanding of engineering drawings, symbols, and construction methods. * Ability to manage multiple drawings and meet tight deadlines. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Strong attention to detail and quality control.
