* Implement best\-in\-class processes, performance, and quality standards for projects * Ensure all technologies comply with HSE requirements * Provide periodic status reports to Line Manager / PM for decision\-making * Troubleshoot process issues and recommend corrective actions * Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance plant performance and efficiency * Prepare technical reports, operation manuals, performance assessments, and design documents * Support design, commissioning, and upgrades of sewage/wastewater treatment plants * Coordinate with operations, maintenance, instrumentation, and control teams * Conduct training for operational staff on process parameters and optimization * Review vendor proposals and assist in selecting process equipment * Design processes: PFD, P\&ID, layouts, water balance, and treatment unit specifications * Identify customer requirements and select appropriate treatment technologies * Assist project execution teams and propose implementation methods and construction steps * Monitor, analyze, and optimize plant operations (activated sludge, MBR, SBR, tertiary treatment) * Prepare client support documents, technical approvals, and as\-built drawings * Ensure timely delivery of O\&M manuals, testing \& commissioning documents * Support tender bid analysis and procurement for process\-related materials * Cooperate with departments for quality solutions and technology transfer * **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s in Chemical or Environmental Engineering * Minimum 5 years’ experience in water/wastewater treatment or related sectors * Task\-oriented, flexible, and highly motivated * Strong managerial, communication, and analytical skills * Experience with high\-tech firms, power plants, oil \& gas, or infrastructure projects is a plus Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR6,500\.00 \- QAR7,000\.00 per month
