**Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Draftsman** with a strong background in **glass and aluminium fabrication and installation works**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed **shop drawings**, **fabrication drawings**, and **installation layouts** for doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, façades, cladding, and other aluminium and glass systems, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare accurate and detailed **shop drawings**, **fabrication drawings**, and **installation details** using AutoCAD or other relevant drafting software. * Develop **layouts and general arrangement drawings** for aluminium and glass systems including curtain walls, structural glazing, doors, windows, balustrades, canopies, partitions, etc. * Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and clients to gather design input and clarify project requirements. * Modify and update drawings based on **feedback, technical reviews**, or site conditions. * Ensure all drawings comply with **project specifications**, **local building codes**, **architectural standards**, and **engineering principles**. * Provide **cutting lists**, **material take\-offs (MTOs)**, and **fabrication schedules** for the production/fabrication teams. * Liaise with procurement and fabrication teams to verify dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications. * Maintain a well\-organized library of drawings, revisions, and supporting documentation for each project. * Attend site visits and coordination meetings as required to gather on\-ground data and ensure drawing accuracy. * Support the estimation team with technical input and drawing analysis when needed. * Perform other drafting\-related or project coordination tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or project manager.
