Build strong professional relationships with key bulk customers The Engineer – Key Customer (Bulk Section) is responsible for providing technical support and engineering services to key bulk water customers. The role ensures reliable system performance, resolves technical issues, supports installations and integrations, and works closely with operations and account teams to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and support key bulk water customers to ensure uninterrupted and reliable service. * Monitor bulk water consumption, flow data, and system performance on a regular basis. * Investigate and resolve technical issues related to metering, pressure, leakage, or supply anomalies. * Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and field teams for issue resolution and service restoration. * Ensure timely response to customer complaints and service requests in line with SLAs. * Analyze consumption trends and detect irregularities or potential system losses. * Support installation, testing, and commissioning of bulk meters and related systems. * Prepare technical reports, performance summaries, and customer\-specific analysis reports. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, incidents, and resolutions. * Support billing verification by validating consumption data for bulk accounts. * Ensure compliance with water utility standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. * Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key bulk customers. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field * Minimum 9 years of experience in key account management, water distribution systems, or utlity operations. * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Good understanding of system operations and data monitoring tools. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
