This role focuses on evaluating production systems, streamlining processes, and driving efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Evaluate manufacturing processes to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities * Develop and implement optimized workflows integrating personnel, equipment, materials, and data * Design facility and workstation layouts to enhance productivity and reduce waste * Perform time studies, capacity analysis, and cost evaluations * Partner with cross\-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to improve operational performance * Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and data\-driven methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs * Monitor KPIs and generate reports with actionable insights for leadership * Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline * Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments preferred * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and process simulation tools * Effective communication and teamwork skills * Detail\-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects Job Type: Full\-time
